Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage payroll, benefits programs, and employee data with accuracy and discretion. The role ensures compliance with tax regulations and labor laws while supporting compensation strategy development.

You will collaborate with Finance and HR teams to oversee government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), administer health and retirement plans, generate reports for management, and maintain HRIS records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3-5 years of compensation/benefits or HR operations experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Process and validate timekeeping data, including overtime and deductions.
• Ensure tax compliance and labor-law adherence in payroll practices.
• Coordinate government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and audits.
• Administer health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and government-m mandated benefits.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure data privacy and compliance.
