Job summary

Boss Cargo Express Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Specialist – Compensation & Benefits in the Philippines to oversee compensation and benefits administration. You will handle payroll inputs, attendance, overtime, leaves, and records, while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely reporting.

The role requires a degree in HRM or related field, with 2–3 years’ HR experience and strong MS Office skills. You will liaise with government agencies and benefit providers to maintain accurate employee

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
2–3 years HR experience preferred (Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training).
Knowledge of Philippine labor standards and government-m mandated benefits is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and monitor compensation and benefits programs.
Assist in payroll-related data processing: attendance, overtime, leaves, and adjustments.
Ensure accuracy of compensation-related records and payroll inputs.
Monitor benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other mandated or company benefits.
Assist employees with inquiries on salary, benefits, deductions, leaves, and credits.
Coordinate with government agencies and external benefit providers as needed.
Maintain updated compensation and benefits records and masterlists.
Prepare reports and reconciliations for payroll, benefits, and headcount.
