Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Senior Officer to oversee end-to-end compensation and benefits administration, payroll accuracy, and government compliance within the HR team.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and HRIS, and the ability to handle confidential information while supporting salary reviews and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
• Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Oversee payroll-related activities and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
• Administer government-mandated benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of statutory reports and remittances.
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to salary, benefits, deductions, leave, and other compensation-related matters.
• Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records in the HRIS and other relevant systems.
