Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a seasoned collections professional to lead back-end recovery actions with a focus on timely follow-ups and accurate documentation. This role emphasizes driving recovery aligned with strategic directives from leadership.

You will monitor team performance, endorse client requests, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards while delivering periodic performance insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/4-year degree in Business, Banking or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years in collections, supervising people, service sales, or agency management.
• Knowledge of bank products such as loans, insurance, and deposits.
• Strong leadership, strategic and analytical skills, numeracy, communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Executes account-level recovery actions based on leadership directives.
• Reviews and endorses financial and non-financial client requests from associates.
• Monitors team productivity and drives performance improvement plans.
• Ensures documentation of collection activities is complete and compliant with audit/regulatory standards.
• Prepares and submits performance reports highlighting trends, risks, and escalation recommendations.
