The ideal candidate holds a business degree, 5+ years in supervisory roles in credit/collections, and a proven ability to drive compliant, data-informed strategies while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; Masters is an advantage.
• 5+ years in supervisory/managerial roles, preferably credit and collections.
• Strong expertise in credit and collections across loan products; solid knowledge of banking operations and regulations.
• Effective communication; promotes inclusive partnerships; uses data to drive sound strategies.
• Decision-focused, adaptable, risk-aware; drives sustainable, future-ready strategies.
• Customer-focused with entrepreneurial mindset; maintains professionalism and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage reduction and resolution of Consumer Lending Groups' NPLs.
• Provide guidance to Consumer Lending for monitoring potential problems.
• Allocate auto loan accounts by team capacity and resources; monitor productivity & delinquency.
• Ensure timely, compliant collection and repossession activities; review documents and expenses.
• Coach and mentor team; propose recovery strategies and handle escalations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and efficient resource planning.
