Filinvest Group in Manila is seeking a Collections Team Lead to drive timely recovery of delinquent accounts and safeguard cash flow. You will oversee daily collections operations, monitor performance, and present productivity insights to boost outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in collections, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Filipino to handle escalations and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required.
• Proven background in collection, negotiation, and resolving complex account issues.
• Experience managing delinquency across stages, including early, past due, and cancellations.
• Strong ability to analyze collection performance and prepare reports.
• Experience leading performance management, coaching, and workforce planning.
• At least 5 years in a similar role with supervisory duties.
• Fluent in English and Filipino, written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead multi-functional teams and ensure compliance.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Collections Team to action delinquent accounts monthly.
• Oversee daily collections operations and monitor performance metrics.
• Prepare regular productivity and performance reports for improvements.
• Liaise with internal and external units to resolve payment concerns.
