Job summary

Inspiro seeks a seasoned Client Success Manager/Implementation Specialist to support the Sales team during pre-sales, drive lead funnel growth and help close deals that expand revenue. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field is typically required.

The role requires at least 7 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation and success management, preferably in a BPO setting, with strong English communication and CRM/data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Client Success or Implementation roles.
• Experience in a BPO setting is an advantage.
• Proven track record in onboarding, implementation, and client success management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure challenges are addressed and provide administrative support for the Sales team during pre-sales.
