Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Client Implementation Officer to lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring timely launches and smooth transitions. You will coordinate across IT, HR, and Recruitment and manage end-to-end onboarding phases.

The role requires proactive risk mitigation, clear status updates to senior management, and a drive to document best practices for future implementations. The position offers hybrid work, competitive rewards, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of prior experience in Client Implementations or transition of new projects in an outsourcing setup.
• Experience in Operations Management, specifically in developing KPIs and team structures for voice and non-voice operations.
• Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel, Project Planning Tools, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of client onboarding, from initial scoping and planning to execution and final handover.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments like IT, HR, and Recruitment to address bottlenecks.
• Develop comprehensive project plans focused on proactive risk mitigation to ensure an on-time launch.
• Analyze successes and failures of each implementation to identify opportunities for process improvement and documentation of best practices.
• Maintain clear, transparent communication with senior management and clients regarding project status and milestones.
