Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a dedicated onboarding leader to standardize processes, guide new hires and partners, and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience.

You will collaborate across HR, Operations, Sales, and other units to ensure timely completion and high-quality onboarding. The role requires 3-5 years in onboarding or related fields, strong leadership and communication, and proficient use of CRM and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of onboarding, operations, customer success, HR, or related roles.
• Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and coordination abilities.
• Customer- or employee-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and onboarding/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage standardized onboarding processes and procedures.
• Lead onboarding activities and ensure timely completion of requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Sales, and other departments.
• Provide orientation, training, and guidance to new hires, clients, or partners.
• Monitor onboarding progress and resolve issues or delays.
• Track onboarding metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and customer/employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
• Lead and coach the onboarding team to achieve performance targets.
