Outsourced.ph is seeking a high-performing Client Success Officer to own and grow key client relationships. The role requires strategic thinking to solve challenges, expand value, and mobilize internal teams.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, engaging confidently with senior executives and coordinating cross-functional efforts. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in client success or account management, a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Experience in stakeholder management and strategic advisory.
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow key client relationships and serve as strategic advisor.
• Engage with Directors, VP, and C-level clients in a consultative manner.
• Coordinate with Sales, Recruitment, HR, and Operations to meet client needs.
• Manage client job orders and staffing requests through a ticketing system.
• Lead performance discussions and provide action plans to improve service outcomes.
• Document client feedback and progress in the CRM system.
