Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is typically required.
• 7+ years of work experience as a Client Success Manager or Implementation Specialist; BPO experience is an advantage.
• Proven track record in client onboarding, implementation, and client success management.
• Proficient knowledge of call center operations and service delivery/performance metrics.
• Excellent ability to handle multiple client accounts and strong business acumen.
