Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Associate in the Client Account Management team in the Philippines. You will lead day-to-day client servicing for complex institutional relationships, ensuring timely delivery, strong controls, and clear stakeholder coordination.

You will act as a key escalation point for complex requests, partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement across servicing processes.

Qualifications

• Requires graduate or post-graduate degree with demonstrated experience in client servicing or asset management.
• Strong ability to coordinate across functions and senior stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day servicing oversight for assigned client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery across servicing activities.
• Manage complex client requests end-to-end, communicating clearly with stakeholders.
• Provide subject matter expertise across onboarding, account maintenance, reporting setup, cash activity support, and billing coordination.
• Serve as escalation point for junior team members and guide on complex servicing matters.
• Coordinate with operations, product, legal, compliance, and technology to deliver client outcomes.
