Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines seeks a Senior Associate in Client Account Services to manage and deliver account and counterparty reference data, supporting client readiness and high-quality investment operations service delivery.

You will coordinate onboarding and lifecycle changes while partnering with operations, product, and technology teams to drive efficient, governed outcomes and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding, reference data, or investment operations within a regulated financial services environment.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional deliverables across operations and technology teams.
• Proven ability to structure work, manage competing priorities, and adapt to change.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear client communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with concise status updates.
• Attention to data quality and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end intake, tracking, and delivery of account reference data requests.
• Coordinate account lifecycle events with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and technology to define requirements and timelines.
• Lead client and internal sessions to progress actions and decisions.
• Produce clear status reporting for clients and stakeholders.
• Support testing and release readiness via UAT coordination.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements for straight-through processing.
• Apply structured problem-solving to complex issues and daily SLAs.
• Build strong relationships in a matrixed environment.
