Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking a Client Onboarding Associate to lead new account onboarding for institutional and strategic clients, coordinating across teams to deliver a controlled, transparent onboarding experience and to identify risks early.

You will manage milestones, document processes, maintain onboarding materials, run internal and client meetings, and support continuous improvement to strengthen the client experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial products and how they impact onboarding and post-launch operations
• Understanding of trade lifecycle concepts from inception to settlement
• Strong communication and relationship-building across seniority levels

Responsibilities

• Project manage end-to-end onboarding for institutional and strategic clients
• Coordinate account lifecycle events including mergers, liquidations, closures, and transfers
• Act as primary client contact throughout onboarding and delivery
• Lead internal and external meetings to align scope, timelines, and dependencies
• Maintain onboarding documentation, checklists, and project plans for transparency
• Execute control checkpoints and obtain required approvals prior to launch
• Identify root causes and propose practical process improvements
• Partner with internal teams to ensure operational readiness for new initiatives
• Regularly communicate status, risks, and issues and escalate when needed
• Share best practices with global onboarding partners to standardize processes
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements to enhance client experience
