Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Manila seeks a Client Account Management Associate to support day-to-day servicing for institutional clients. You will coordinate across investment and operations teams to ensure timely, accurate account administration and maintain strong controls.

You will work with cross-functional partners to deliver client requests, manage complex servicing tasks, and prepare reports using Excel and Word, while upholding quality and making improvements to the client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant client servicing or investment operations experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive deliverables with limited supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align priorities with partners at multiple levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support primary client account managers by coordinating responses to servicing requests and managing timelines and deliverables.
• Process account maintenance activities, including account openings, cash flows, contact updates, reporting setup, fee and invoice setup, and guideline-related updates.
• Coordinate with internal partners to complete client deliverables.
• Manage complex and sensitive servicing activities with limited supervision while meeting service-level expectations.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc client reports and materials using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Maintain a clear audit trail and follow applicable procedures, including quality control and maker-checker requirements.
• Identify operational, client, and control risks, and elevate issues promptly with clear analysis and recommended next steps.
• Support workload prioritization, coverage planning, and task allocation during peak periods, absences, or business-critical events.
• Communicate status, dependencies, and outcomes clearly and concisely to stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of servicing processes and the overall client experience.
