Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 2 years in client servicing, operations, or related role.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate timelines across teams.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word for reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across internal partners to deliver high-quality client experience.
• Process and track account maintenance requests, onboarding, cash activity, reporting, and billing.
• Coordinate requirements and follow-ups with multiple teams (investment, portfolio, trading, client reporting).
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc client reports using Excel and Word.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for completed activities.
• Ensure work follows regional procedures with quality checks and escalation.
• Identify opportunities to improve servicing workflows, reduce errors, and enhance the client experience.
• Communicate updates, deadlines, and dependencies clearly across teams.
