Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• At least 2 years of client servicing, operations, or related experience.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Proficient in Excel and Word for reports and documentation.
• Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across internal partners to deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Process and track account maintenance requests, onboarding support, and reporting setup.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc client reports using Excel and Word.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails with timely escalation of issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve servicing workflows and reduce errors.
• Communicate updates and deadlines clearly across multiple teams.
