In this role you will balance administrative precision with hands-on coordination—managing referrals, financial workflows, volunteer programs, and stakeholder engagements to uphold Quality of care and timely service.

Qualificações

• Diploma in any field.
• Experience in administrative roles, coordination, or customer service.
• Healthcare, social services, or community settings experience is valued.
• Proficiency in local languages/dialects preferred for seniors and caregivers.

Responsabilidades

• Client & Case Support: coordinate referrals, handle inquiries, support home visits.
• Financial Administration: process claims and fee collections within policy.
• Community Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement: organize roadshows and events.
• Volunteer Management: support volunteer programs and development.
• Operational Excellence: manage POs, reimbursements, training logistics, and QA projects.
