1Life Inc. is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee Homecare Associates across assigned municipalities in the Philippines. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure enrollment targets are met through effective field operations.

You will coordinate with local officials, conduct team meetings, and submit operational reports to the Regional Manager. Strong leadership and communication skills, plus willingness to train and do fieldwork, are essential.

Formación

• College level or graduate preferred.
• Senior High School graduates with supervisory experience may be considered.
• Experience in sales, field operations, healthcare, microfinance, or community work preferred.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Willing to do fieldwork and undergo training.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Homecare Associates within assigned municipalities.
• Conduct field visits, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure enrollment targets are achieved.
• Validate enrollment records and activity reports.
• Conduct team meetings and training sessions.
• Submit operational reports to the Regional Manager & BU Head.
• Coordinate with local officials and community leaders.
