Goodlife @ Home is seeking an Operations & Administrative Executive to become the operational backbone of our community healthcare services, ensuring seniors receive compassionate home-based support.
In this role you will balance administrative precision with hands-on coordination—managing referrals, financial workflows, volunteer programs, and stakeholder engagements to uphold Quality of care and timely service.
Are you passionate about making a tangible, everyday difference in the lives of vulnerable seniors and their families? As an Operations & Administrative Executive with Goodlife @ Home, you won't just be managing paperwork—you will be the operational backbone of critical community healthcare and social support services, ensuring our seniors receive the compassionate care, home-based support, and resources they need to age with dignity in their own homes.
From day one, you will step into an active, client-centered role balancing administrative precision with hands-on community impact:
Client & Case Support: Coordinate and initiate new service referrals, handle day-to-day client inquiries alongside our Admin Associates, and support home visits or medical escorts for seniors in need. You’ll deliver essential items and ensure no follow-up activity falls through the cracks.
Financial Administration & Means Testing (HPC+ / HomeBathing): Serve as a trusted custodian for financial workflows—assessing and submitting Household Means Testing and Financial Assistance applications before expiry, and managing service fee collections with complete integrity in accordance with finance policies.
Community Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to organize community roadshows and events, keeping outreach materials updated and vibrant to promote our community initiatives.
Volunteer Management: Coordinate and support volunteer engagement programs, helping facilitate and develop volunteers who power our Goodlife @ Home services.
Operational Excellence: Process purchase orders and reimbursement claims, coordinate staff training logistics, track key service performance metrics, and participate in continuous quality improvement projects to enhance standards of care.
Education & Background: Diploma in any field. A background in Social Work, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines is an advantage.
Practical Experience: Prior experience in administrative, coordination, or customer service roles. Experience in healthcare, social services, or community settings is highly valued.
Financial Literacy: Comfort with basic financial administration (processing claims, fee collections, or financial assistance applications).
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in local languages/dialects is strongly preferred to communicate effectively with senior clients and caregivers who speak non-English languages.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite and digital workflow platforms.
Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and driven by a genuine spirit of service excellence.
Availability: Candidates who can start immediately or on short notice will be prioritized.
At Goodlife @ Home, you are part of a supportive, purpose-driven team where operational efficiency directly translates into better care for vulnerable seniors. You'll gain broad exposure to community healthcare operations, financial assistance administration, and volunteer leadership within a progressive social service framework.
