Job summary

1Life Inc. is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee Homecare Associates across assigned municipalities in the Philippines. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure enrollment targets are met through effective field operations.

You will coordinate with local officials, conduct team meetings, and submit operational reports to the Regional Manager. Strong leadership and communication skills, plus willingness to train and do fieldwork, are essential.

Qualifications

• College level or graduate preferred.
• Senior High School graduates with supervisory experience may be considered.
• Experience in sales, field operations, healthcare, microfinance, or community work preferred.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Willing to do fieldwork and undergo training.
