Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive revenue and strategic growth across IT services, software, cloud, and digital transformation offerings.

You will nurture leads, lead pre-sales activities, craft value propositions, and close deals while maintaining strong customer relationships and collaborating with the Delivery Team for successful engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
• 5 years experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within IT.
• Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, cloud, or digital transformation offerings.

Responsibilities

• Works with Marketing to identify and develop sales leads.
• Nurtures leads into qualified opportunities.
• Takes charge of pre-sales efforts, including the creation of a value proposition, the preparation of the proposal and the negotiation process.
• Takes charge of closing and finalizing commercial documentation.
• Acts as a solutions consultant whenever possible.
• Develops a strong relationship with our customers.
• Monitors and assists the Delivery Team during the engagement period.
• Reports status of pipelines and funnels on a periodic basis.
• Responsible for the revenue and business growth of the verticals being covered.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers and growing them.
• Provides management with customer feedback ad market intelligence.
