Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig. The BDR will identify opportunities, reach out to prospects, and build relationships with decision-makers to promote recruitment and talent solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6 months+ in related roles, strong communication and negotiation skills, and is comfortable engaging with business owners and HR leaders.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 months of experience in business development, sales, recruitment, lead generation, or a related role.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in communicating with business owners, HR professionals, hiring managers, and other decision-makers.
• Proactive and comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects through calls, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving business development and client acquisition targets.

Aufgaben

• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, social media, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.
• Reach out to business owners, HR leaders, hiring managers, and other key decision-makers to introduce Level Up Talent Solutions.
• Present and explain our recruitment, RPO, and talent solutions based on prospective clients’ hiring needs.
• Schedule meetings, consultations, and presentations with qualified prospects.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct business visits and face-to-face client meetings when required.
• Deliver proposals, company presentations, and other business development materials to prospective clients.
• Attend networking events, business meetings, job fairs, and other activities that may generate business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and move qualified leads through the business development pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with the Recruitment and Operations teams to understand service capabilities and ensure a smooth client transition.
• Support the development of new business opportunities and contribute to achieving team and individual business development targets.
• Perform other business development and client-related tasks as assigned.
