Job summary

Owens Asia, Inc. is seeking an experienced bookkeeper in Pampanga to oversee day-to-day accounting functions. Responsibilities include handling AP and AR transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining compliance within financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 3 years of experience and proficiency in QuickBooks. The position offers competitive compensation and various shifts at our workplace in Clark Freeport Zone.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of solid accounting experience.
• Experience in QuickBooks Enterprise or QuickBooks Online versions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AP / AR auditing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Record and update transactions using accounting software.
• Assist in day-to-day transactional accounting requirements.
• Coordinate and audit Accounts Payable transactions.
