TOA Global is seeking a US Junior Bookkeeper in the Philippines to join our international division. You will handle day-to-day transaction processing, ledger maintenance, and payroll processing for diverse clients, ensuring clean, compliant accounts.

The role targets entry-level professionals and offers a Monday–Friday night shift that aligns with North American firms, plus strong onboarding and growth opportunities within a global accounting environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience preferred; degree helps.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is advantageous.
• Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day transactions and maintain ledgers across client entities.
• Perform payroll processing and post payroll journal entries.
• Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and General Ledgers.
• Maintain organized digital work papers and coordinate with global teams.
