Beehive-BPO Corp (Also known as SolutionCX) seeks an AP and AR Specialist in San Pedro City, Laguna, Philippines. The role focuses on detailed Accounts Payable and Receivable work with QuickBooks proficiency and night shift alignment.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in accounting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team. On-site work with potential hybrid after performance is established.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience with AP/AR focus.
• Strong QuickBooks knowledge and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Record, monitor, and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks.
• Conduct bank reconciliation or monthly reconciliation.
• Collaborate with team and ensure accurate reporting.
