TOA Global is hiring a US Intermediate Bookkeeper to support our North American division. This onsite role in the Philippines focuses on advanced bookkeeping, payroll compliance, and financial reporting for US SMEs, bridging the gap between data entry and strategic tax prep.

The position requires 2–3+ years of experience, strong English, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online and spreadsheets. Night shift aligns with US time zones, onsite facilities in Clark/Manila/Tarlac.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of US tax laws and preparation frameworks.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and advanced spreadsheets.
• Strong English communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Categorize daily accounting transactions using Hubdoc and QuickBooks Online.
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing and US payroll compliance; prepare 1099-NEC/1099-MISC forms.
• Produce monthly management accounts and tax-ready financial reports (1120S/1065).
• Read IRS/state notices and resolve discrepancies; train junior staff.
