Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping and accounting experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero or Sage.
• Experience with Square and Stripe payments.
• Includes payroll, AP and budget management.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Record transactions, reconcile accounts, and categorize expenses.
• Reconcile bank statements and card accounts for accuracy.
• Monitor expenses against budgets and assist in budgeting.
• Prepare financial reports for management review.
• Support AP/AR, payroll processing, and month-end close.
