SEEK in Manila is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our SME portfolio by driving outbound sales. This role focuses on high‑volume calling to connect with potential clients, offer recruitment solutions and close deals, with occasional in‑person meetings when needed.

You’ll thrive in fast‑paced sales environments, build lasting relationships, and tailor proposals using market insights. A Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required, with Bisaya language ability

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in high-volume environments.
• Background in tele sales, SaaS/tech, or recruitment-related services.
• CRM-savvy and able to juggle multiple leads at different sales stages.
• Resilient, detail-oriented and outcome-driven.
• Strong communicator – both verbal and written; Bisaya language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound sales by making high-volume calls daily to engage and convert leads into long-term clients
• Present SEEK’s recruitment solutions through virtual and in-person meetings, with field visits conducted as needed based on client preference
• Tailor proposals using market insights to deliver standout solutions that meet each client’s unique needs
• Stay across industry trends, competitors and emerging opportunities to help position SEEK as the go-to recruitment partner
• Manage your sales pipeline via CRM – track proposals, update statuses and ensure timely follow-through across all opportunities
