Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is required or helpful certifications.
• Experience in lead generation, customer service, sales or business development is preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, digital research tools, and data analysis.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and organizational abilities are expected.
• Industry knowledge of recruitment trends and B2B sales in recruitment tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to employers showing interest and qualify opportunities through consultative conversations.
• Source new leads via events, online research, platform signals and prospecting to build a strong pipeline.
• Ask questions using the BANT framework to understand needs, budget, authority and timelines.
• Document discovery outcomes clearly to support sales handoffs and efficient processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to improve lead quality and outcomes.
