• Document discovery outcomes in systems and templates for strong sales handoffs.
• Support pipeline and handoff to Sales; ensure qualification criteria are consistently applied.
• Follow pre-sales playbooks and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and internal teams to improve lead quality and outcomes.
