Job summary

Medley, Inc in Taguig is seeking a results-driven sales professional to acquire new Jobley accounts for US clients. You will conduct outbound calls to gather information for job creation and negotiate to win orders, collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to move prospects toward consideration.

You will have full autonomy in your work, maintain CRM records, and strive toward individual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Fluent in written and verbal English with a neutral accent for American clients.
• Experience creating documents, manuals, etc.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills for contracts and client expectations.
• CRM experience and US client exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects.
• Manage leads and drive opportunities toward conversion/close.
• Build relationships and understand client needs.
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Maintain CRM records and sales activity.
