Concentrix is seeking an experienced offshore B2B sales professional to join our Mandaluyong-based team. You will drive growth by making outbound calls to international markets and engaging business decision-makers with tailored solutions.

Based at our Shaw site, you will identify opportunities, qualify prospects, schedule qualified appointments, and contribute to monthly targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while working a permanent night shift.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of outbound sales experience in a BPO
• Strong English communication and verbal articulation
• Probing, discovery, and objection-handling skills
• Willing to work permanent night shift and on-site in Spark Cubao, QC

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective business clients.
• Identify and engage business owners and decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects and generate interest through consultative conversations.
• Handle objections and communicate value of services.
• Schedule qualified appointments and support monthly targets.
• Document call activities and customer information in the CRM.
