Job summary

e intelligence is hiring a motivated Business Development Executive to join our international team. This 100% remote role is based in the Philippines with a fixed night shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM PHT, Monday to Friday.

You will identify new opportunities, reach out to US and UK clients, and present digital marketing solutions to grow the company revenue. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in business development or outbound sales, strong English communication, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience in outbound sales or selling digital marketing services.
• Experience dealing with US or UK clients.
• Excellent spoken and written English for international clients.
• Good cold-calling, lead-generation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps and a quiet, professional home workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools.
• Willingness to work the fixed shift of 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM PHT, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US and UK markets.
• Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other outbound channels.
• Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and present suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation and initial outreach through negotiation and deal closure.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales pipeline records using CRM tools.
• Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
