Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of outbound sales experience; B2B background is required.
• Proven track record in sales, lead generation, or cold calling.
• Strong English communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Results-oriented and resilient in a target-driven environment.
• Must be amenable to working onsite at Concentrix Shaw and on the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B collections strategies to drive timely payments.
• Engage business customers and resolve payment concerns.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and track commitments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders to address issues.
