Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an Associate Trainer for onsite roles at BGC Taguig. The position requires 4+ years of BPO experience, with at least 2 years in training, plus strong communication and analytical skills.

On-site setup and shifting schedules apply, with quarterly performance bonuses and health coverage for the employee and two dependents. The ideal candidate will design curricula, develop content, and deliver training while ensuring ethical research and effective learning

Qualifications

• 4 years total BPO experience with 2 years as trainer in BPO/shared services.
• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Preferably with a background in tech support.
• 3+ years of training experience in soft skills and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis: extend follow-up support on the floor to sustain learning and improve performance.
• Curriculum and Course Design: end-to-end understanding of course design methodologies.
• Content Development: end-to-end content development and appropriate methodology.
• Course Delivery: effective delivery/training techniques and methods.
• Research Methodology: basic knowledge to carry out research ethically and effectively with guidance.
