Job summary

Capital One Philippines Support Services Corp. in Metro Manila is seeking an HR Benefits Associate to manage day-to-day benefits operations, including health and welfare plans, government benefits, and company benefits.

The role requires 1.5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong communication, analytical, and customer-focused skills. You may participate in special projects and cross-functional rotations within HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 1.5 years work experience in respective discipline.
• Knowledge of Philippines government benefits laws and regularizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational standards in Benefits within HR sub-function.
• Provide timely computation of Associate benefits (health, welfare, government, company).
• Resolve associates concerns on benefits with research and investigation.
• Coordinate with HMO and government agencies for benefits delivery (enrollment, changes, termination).
• Provide logistics/administrative support for department programs and events.
• May be assigned/rotated across other HR sub-functions and other duties.
