Job summary

Capital One Philippines Support Services Corp. is seeking a Sr. HR Coordinator (Benefits) in the Alabang area.

The role focuses on managing day-to-day benefits operations, including health, welfare, and government benefits, with emphasis on accurate calculations and timely payouts. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and about 1.5 years of Benefits experience, with strong knowledge of Philippine benefits laws and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4-year course in a related field is preferred.
• 1.5 years of work experience in Benefits or similar HR sub-function.
• Strong knowledge of Philippines government benefits laws and regularizations.
• Excellent written and oral communication for business correspondences.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in Benefits sub-function.
• Provide timely computation and payout of associate benefits.
• Coordinate with external parties (HMO, government agencies) for enrollment and changes.
• Support department-wide programs, events, and personal development tracking.
• Contribute to other related HR sub-functions as needed.
