Job summary

Technology Elite, Inc. in Clark Pampanga is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to manage invoicing, collections and cash postings, ensuring timely payments and accurate ledgers.

The role requires experience across AR processes, reconciliation, and credit control, with strong Excel skills and English communication. Onsite work schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with relocation assistance for nearby candidates and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or CPA or equivalent.
• Experience with AUS Accounting.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing accurate customer invoices aligned with contracts and PO terms.
• Collections and follow-up to chase overdue accounts via phone, email, and statements.
• Cash applications and reconciliation of payments to invoices and GL.
• Investigate billing disputes and pricing queries with sales or customers.
• Maintain aged receivables reporting and flag high-risk accounts.
• Credit control: assess new credit applications and monitor limits.
• Manage bad debt and liaise with finance for provisioning.
