Job summary

Technology Elite, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to manage invoicing, collections, and cash applications onsite at Clark Pampanga.

The role emphasizes accurate billing, dispute resolution, and maintaining a healthy cash flow through close coordination with sales and operations. The successful candidate will oversee aged receivables, set credit limits for new customers, and support month-end close with detailed reconciliation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree and professional certification (CPA or equivalent) required.
• Experience across Management/Finance Accounting, Accounts Payable, Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Proficient in assets/depreciation schedules and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to meet monthly/quarterly deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing: generate and issue accurate customer invoices per contracts or POs.
• Collections: proactively chase overdue accounts via phone, email, and statements.
• Cash applications and reconciliation: match payments to invoices and reconcile ledgers.
• Query and dispute resolution: investigate and resolve billing disputes with internal teams or customers.
• Reporting: maintain aged receivables and highlight high-risk accounts.
• Credit control: assess new credit, set limits, and hold accounts when terms breach.
• Bad debt and write-off management: identify at-risk accounts and liaise with CFO for provisioning.
