Job summary

Private Advertiser in Quezon City is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to monitor and manage daily AR transactions and collections in a hands-on onsite role. You will dispatch AR confirmations, prepare billing statements, reconcile accounts, and maintain daily collection reports, working closely with field collectors and ensuring accurate posting of payments.

The position is 6-month contract, onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a base salary of ₱18,000–₱20,000 plus ₱500 communication allowance and

Qualifications

• College graduate of Finance, Accounting, or related course
• At least 6 months of experience in daily collection monitoring
• Experience working with Field Collectors
• Preferably with an Accounting or Finance background

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) transactions and collections
• Dispatch A/R confirmations to dealers and collect signed confirmations
• Prepare and send Billing Statements / Statements of Account (SOA) to dealers
• Perform account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain Daily Collection Reports
• Process requests for payment posting
• Monitor and track sales invoice countering and related transactions
