Job summary

Outsourced.ph is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable support role based in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will handle collections, banking tasks, and credit applications, providing quality customer service while maintaining accurate ledgers and timely communications.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Onsite work supports collaboration with Credit Controllers and Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication required.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to the Accounts Receivable team in Collections, Banking, Credit Applications and other functions where required.
• Action all incoming telephone and email communications relating to outstanding debts on the ledger and liaise with Credit Controllers as needed.
• Perform collections tasks including outgoing calls and emails, monitor debtor accounts and update notes in Customer Maintenance.
• Review orders on Hold, update customer information and ensure timely responses to inquiries and disputes.
