Job summary

- Minimum 5 years' experience in Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Pronto ERP software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collections
- Establish and maintain credit policies and procedures
- Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
- Liaise with internal departments and external customers to resolve payment issues
- Prepare monthly reports on receivables and credit risk
- Support annual audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Train and mentor junior accounts receivable staff
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Handle escalated disputes and negotiate payment arrangements
