Technology Elite, Inc. in Clark Pampanga is seeking an Intermediate Accountant to support invoicing, payroll, and disbursements. You will collaborate across departments to ensure accurate billing, timely payroll, and proper disbursement processing.

The role requires at least 4 years of accounting experience and 2+ years in payroll, AR, and AP. Strong Excel and accounting software skills are essential. Onsite work arrangement in Clark Pampanga.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of Accounting Experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Proficiency in accounting systems and maintaining confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor billing transactions and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
• Process payroll, including salaries, deductions, incentives, and final pay computations.
• Ensure timely remittance of statutory contributions and payroll-related taxes.
• Prepare and process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other disbursements.
• Verify supporting documents and ensure proper approval of payment requests.
• Perform reconciliations for payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank accounts.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Support audit, tax, and compliance requirements with schedules and reports.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and assist in collection follow-ups.
