Job summary

optiBPO in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to support day-to-day receivables, invoicing, and collections in a US-based client environment. The role requires 1–3 years AR experience and strong communication skills, with ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency.

The position is office-based in Clark with an evening shift. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely collections, contributing to leadership

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in accounts receivable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking in front of large groups, including CEO/owners
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• ERP experience, preferably Microsoft systems
• Organizational skills
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day receivables and invoicing in the ERP system
• Perform routine customer invoicing and collections
• Respond to customer requests and verify banking details
• Review open sales orders for accuracy of future billing
• Support month-end close and revenue recognition
• Lead monthly AR collections meetings with leadership
• Ensure accuracy of sales orders before posting invoices
• Coordinate with departments to resolve outstanding items
• Communicate with accounting and department leads about open receivables
• Perform sales tax verifications
