Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to own end-to-end AP across APAC, ensuring accurate processing, timely payments, and strong controls within a collaborative regional Finance team.

You will manage vendor reconciliations, expense claims, month-end tasks, and AP reporting while partnering with Finance, Operations, and suppliers to drive process improvements across multiple entities in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end AP across APAC.
• Proficient in MS Excel with VLOOKUP.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance, Operations and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end APAC accounts payable activities across entities, including invoices and payments.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payments related to taxation, payroll, and withholding tax where applicable.
• Prepare AP reports and support cash forecasting, entries, creditor analysis and accruals.
• Contribute to process improvements and system implementations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and suppliers to maintain controls.
