Job summary

SoftwareOne Philippines Corporation is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the APAC Finance team and manage end-to-end accounts payable activities across APAC entities. The role emphasizes accurate processing of invoices, payments, reconciliations, and timely month-end tasks within a collaborative regional finance group.

You will work with Finance, Operations, and suppliers to maintain strong controls and drive process improvements while ensuring timely reporting and cash

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounts payable processes across APAC.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP.
• Confident with accounting entries, month-end activities, reporting, and cash forecasting.
• Collaborative approach with Finance, Operations, vendors, and suppliers.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and reliability under deadlines.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable across APAC entities, including invoice processing, payments, remittances, and month-end tasks.
• Review and process employee expense claims and related payments.
• Complete complex vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Process payments related to taxation, payroll, and withholding tax.
• Prepare AP reports and support cash forecasting, entries, creditor analysis, expense analysis, and accruals.
• Contribute to process improvements and support the use of finance systems.
