Job summary

Confidential, a leader in AI-enabled B2B solutions, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue from strategic and enterprise accounts in the Philippines. You will lead a high-performing team, coach BDMs, and champion AI adoption across the sales organization.

You will shape ICPs, ABM programs, and sales campaigns using AI, manage complex multi-year deals, and ensure a robust pipeline with accurate CRM data in HubSpot.

Qualifications

10+ years of total sales experience, including 7+ years in B2B sales
2+ years in senior sales leadership/coaching role
Proven track record in closing enterprise, complex, or multi-year contracts
Experience selling IT solutions, HR services, outsourcing, BPO, or other complex B2B services

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth across strategic and enterprise accounts
Lead complex, multi-service and high-value contract negotiations
Coach and mentor Business Development Managers on prospecting, proposals, and deal strategy
Lead weekly pipeline and forecast reviews
Use AI to research markets, accounts, and decision-makers; develop AI-assisted ICPs and ABM strategies
Maintain accurate sales information in HubSpot; monitor pipeline health and forecasting
