Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (AI-Enabled) to lead strategic business development initiatives, grow high-value accounts, and champion AI adoption across the Sales team.

You will drive revenue growth across strategic and enterprise accounts, lead complex negotiations, and coach a high-performing team. The role emphasizes AI-driven research, ICPs, ABM strategies, and AI playbooks within a CRM-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total sales experience, including at least 7 years in B2B sales.
• At least 2 years in a senior sales leadership/coaching role.
• Proven track record in closing enterprise, complex, or multi-year contracts.
• Experience selling IT solutions, HR services, outsourcing, BPO, or other complex B2B services.
• Strong experience in sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and contract management.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across strategic and enterprise accounts.
• Develop and execute sales tactical plans aligned with business targets.
• Identify new markets, industries, service opportunities, and potential clients.
• Lead complex, multi-service and high-value contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
• Coach and mentor Business Development Managers on prospecting, negotiation, proposals, and deal strategy.
• Lead weekly pipeline and forecast reviews.
• Support team performance, onboarding, and development.
• Act as an escalation point for complex commercial and client matters.
