Qualifikationen

• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) for day-to-day accounting.
• Inventory and cost accounting experience.
• Transactional accounting across ledgers and transactions.
• Accounting methods for e-commerce or CPG businesses.
• Experience supporting month-end close and deadlines.
• Strong client communication and documentation practices.

Aufgaben

• Support and own end-to-end month-end close for an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Handle AP, AR, payroll-related tasks and other accounting activities.
• Perform transactional accounting, recording, classifying and documenting transactions.
• Manage inventory and cost accounting with accurate records and reporting.
• Apply e-commerce/CPG accounting methods including inventory considerations.
• Prepare, review, and deliver client accounting reports and outputs.
• Respond to client questions, resolve concerns, and follow up on items.
• Monitor deadlines and escalate issues to the Controller as needed.
• Maintain clean, up-to-date financial records in QBO and Double.
• Collaborate with Controllers and Staff Accountants to ensure high-quality service.
